**Due to a technicality of state legislation, the City of Cleveland Heights and HRRC have paused the Down Payment Assistance program.\u00a0 As of now, we do not know when it will reopen but we are working as diligently as possible.\u00a0 Prospective applicants are still able to complete the DPA questionnaire and applications.\u00a0 As soon as we have more information, we will post it on the website.\u00a0 If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 216-381-6100 or\u00a0costrom@hrrc-ch.org<\/a>. \u00a0Thank you for your patience.**<\/span><\/b>

In an agreement with the City of Cleveland Heights, Home Repair Resource Center facilitates applications for the City’s Down Payment Assistance Program. The program provides up to $30,000 to income-eligible buyers of one- and two-family homes throughout the city.<\/p>\n

Note that applicants must receive certification of completion of pre-purchase and home maintenance counseling<\/u><\/strong><\/a> from a H.U.D. approved agency. HRRC is one of the agencies that distributes certificates after completion of our Home Buyer Education Series<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Interested buyers should complete the Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire <\/strong><\/span><\/a>in order to receive an application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Buyer\u2019s Checklist<\/a><\/strong> will list all the application documents needed to be turned in with the application.\u00a0<\/p>\n
