If your household falls within federal <a href=\"https:\/\/c2p.a00.myftpupload.com\/resources\/program-income-guidelines\/#LMI\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/c2p.a00.myftpupload.com\/resources\/program-income-guidelines\/#LMI\/\">low- and moderate-income guidelines<\/a>, our <strong>Assist Deferred Loan Match<\/strong> lets you defer paying \u00bd the cost of these major system repairs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>roof replacement<\/li>\n<li>new heating system<\/li>\n<li>rebuild of masonry steps and\/or porch<\/li>\n<li>exterior painting<\/li>\n<li>major structural repairs to footers and foundations<\/li>\n<li>replacement of storm or sanitary sewer lines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is <em>no monthly payment and 0% interest<\/em> on the deferred half of the loan, and it doesn\u2019t need to be repaid until title to the home is changed (unless you choose to repay earlier).<\/p>\n<p>In return, your \u201cmatch\u201d will be the other \u00bd of the cost. This half may be provided on your own, or borrowed through one of our other programs.
