Home Repair Resource Center has many ways to help Cleveland Heights homeowner/occupants with repairs to their homes, even if resources are limited. If your household falls within federal low- and moderate-income guidelines, our Assist Deferred Loan Match lets you defer paying ½ the cost of these major system repairs:

• roof replacement
• new heating system
• rebuild of masonry steps and/or porch
• exterior painting
• major structural repairs to footers and foundations
• replacement of storm or sanitary sewer lines

There is no monthly payment and 0% interest on the deferred half of the loan, and it doesn’t need to be repaid until title to the home is changed (unless you choose to repay earlier).

In return, your “match” will be the other ½ of the cost. This half may be provided on your own, or borrowed through one of our other programs. Since only half the cost is being financed, your payments are lower – a big help if your budget is tight!
